Procedure

• Personal intake by phone or WhatsApp/ Facetime. We only accept housing requests housing when our mission adds value. We need to know your budget and what kind of property you are looking for, location etc.
• We start after we have signed a service agreement. In this agreement, we will discuss all the needs and preferences. Both agreements are solely between the client and LXRY Housing.
• Our team will search for locations and properties in the “on and off market”. Both the commission or mediation costs are included in this fee, which we have to pay to third parties such as local agents.
• For expats abroad we can view and deal online with the new created WhatsApp and Facetime button on your mobile device. We can schedule a appointment at the location of the property.
• On instagram you can view videos of all listed objects online and on Facebook only relevant news information for the landlord m2 price rent, m2 price buying, tax information.
• The off-market consists of properties that are not on the market.
• We make a presentation in PDF of all interesting luxury properties.
• A plan will be made depending on the number of locations and properties the client wants to view, and the type of viewing he or she prefers.
• Normally the viewings will take one or maximum two days.
